Payment Options


Most insurance plans reimburse for a portion of chiropractic treatment.  Due to variations in insurance policies (even under the same company), we ask that all our patients take responsibility for knowing their particular insurance coverage.  Please contact  your insurance company or benefits coordinator to verify your policy benefits.   Before your first visit, our insurance staff will also confirm your insurance coverage, co-pays and deductibles and review them with you by phone.  

Co-payments are made at the time of service.  If a deductible is part of your policy, you do not have to pay it in full up front, but we do ask that you pay each sessions's applicable portion at the time of your treatment.  Co-payments and deductibles can be paid with AMEX, Master Card, Visa, cash or check.

We do not accept medical - legal cases.  These cases are set up as self-pay accounts. As a courtesy we will be your insurance, but require payment at the time of service.
